This could be done via script, or via a nice gui.
Taking as input the name of the tpl where the block is defined and its key (and optionally lineno), the code should be able to figure out which lines in the ezsi table are involved and alter their mtime so that they get regenerated on the next pass of the cronjob.
Of course having a tab in the admin interface would also be a nice way to keep the evolution of ezsi caches under control...
